These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) are part of every agreement between Users and IN STYLE TRANSFER E-SERVICES They also describe in detail the travel services which are offered. Deviations from the User Terms, even in the case of letters of confirmation and unreserved services, are hereby rejected. Only if the management of IN STYLE TRANSFER E-SERVICES has expressly agreed in writing, does this not apply.

It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that all information that they, or someone else on their behalf, have provided to IN STYLE TRANSFER E- SERVICES is complete and accurate.

The User can choose between transfer rides, hourly bookings and daily booking for their Ride Request. If, according to the expressed wishes of the User or passenger, the actual Ride Request requires additional effort compared to the original Ride Request, the IN STYLE TRANSFER E- SERVICES should carry this out where possible. The extra effort may result in additional costs for the individual arrangement.

Changes in Travel Arrangements are subject to the availability of the IN STYLE TRANSFER E SERVICES and can be made by the User or the passenger, even after conclusion of the contract and the payments described therein.

In the case of transfer services, the price quoted is valid for a start and destination address. An hourly booking always starts at the pickup time confirmed upon booking.

Α confirmed booking is the booking of which the payment has been completed. (50% in the case of cash payments). Unconfirmed bookings are automatically canceled after 30 minutes.

TRANSPORT SAFETY, CONSEQUENCES LUGGAGE, PERSONAL BELONGINGS, ANIMALS

The price given in the Booking Confirmation includes the number of pieces of luggage specified on the booking form. Excess luggage, bulky luggage, or the transportation of animals not stated as an additional comment upon booking could lead to corresponding surcharges; the arrangement fee will also be higher, as stated in the Booking Confirmation. The IN STYLE TRANSFER E SERVICES reserves the right to refuse the carriage of luggage and/or animals which was/were not agreed to. This also applies to animals which are not contained in a closed and suitable transport box. IN STYLE TRANSFER E-SERVICES has no responsibility for any loss of any of your personal belongings.

COVID-19

In Style Transfer e-services follows all the rules of hygiene for the prevention and protection of the Covid-19. The driver wears the face mask, and he disinfects his hands with antiseptic, while after each disembarkation disinfects the vehicle using the appropriate cleaning products. Inside the vehicle there is an antiseptic for use by passengers, and the possibility for us to offer you a disposable face mask for those who have not purchased. Our company cannot be held liable for any possible damage to your health  from the virus or any other illness.

TOUR SAFETY

In Style Transfer E Services will do anything possible to ensure that you enjoy your visit in our beautiful island. However our company cannot be held liable for any possible injuries or damage to your health that could occur during activities such as swimming, sports, sight  seeing, photo shooting etc.

USING ONLINE MAPS AND MEMBERSHIPS PLANS
The use is at your own risk and you are solely responsible for enforcing safety rules while driving or walking. the route and points of interest are what we propose. Our company cannot be held liable if any of the suggested points do not please you or for any possible injuries or damage to your health that could occur during activities such as swimming, sports, sight  seeing, photo shooting etc. You have to be careful when driving on narrow and unfamiliar roads.

CARRIAGE OF CHILDREN

The need for safety seats for children should be requested by the User as an additional comment by specifying the number and age of children to be transported as well as the required type of seating.

INFORMATION ON NUMBER OF PASSENGERS AND PIECES OF LUGGAGE

The maximum number of passengers and pieces of luggage specified for a particular vehicle is an estimate based on factors such as size and weight of passengers and luggage. These are therefore not binding. The IN STYLE TRANSFER E-SERVICES can refuse the carriage of passengers or luggage if they believe they compromise the space and safety conditions.

PREVENTION OF CARRIAGE

The IN STYLE TRANSFER E-SERVICES reserves the right to refuse carriage if compelling (for example under applicable laws) requirements were not at all, or not correctly, communicated by the User as an additional comment.

If, due to this, carriage is not possible, this has no influence on the payment of IN STYLE TRANSFER E-SERVICES through the arrangement agreement with the User for the transportation booked.

BEHAVIOR IN THE VEHICLE

The following behavioral standards apply to the User when traveling with the IN STYLE TRANSFER E-SERVICES:

During the entirety of the ride, all passengers must follow the regulations which apply to the relevant Road Traffic Act, especially the seatbelt regulations. Any instructions given by the IN STYLE TRANSFER E-SERVICES must be followed. It is the responsibility of the IN STYLE TRANSFER E- SERVICES to ensure a safe ride. It is therefore prohibited for passengers to open the doors while driving. If the User wishes to use any of the devices or facilities in the vehicle, a brief instruction is required from the STYLE TRANSFER.

Smoking is prohibited in the passenger part of the vehicle. If the User, or passenger, ignores this, they are liable to pay not only the cost for the cleaning of the vehicle but also compensate the loss of business due to the downtime of the vehicle.

The consumption of food is discouraged. Alcoholic drinks are only allowed to be consumed in the car with prior consent.

CANCELLATION

For our services, cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 96h left before the agreed pickup time. 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made less than 96 hours before the agreed pickup time. 100% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the agreed pickup time. A cancellation can be done by mail or sms.

In Style Transfer (e-services) has the right to cancel any booking and refund the costumer.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, In Style Transfer (e-services) will refund the entire amount to the customer.

CHANGES TO BOOKING

Last minute change to booking is not charged for one time only. The second Change to booking is generally treated as new booking. The policy for dealing with cancellations therefore apply to the ride originally agreed upon. A compensation claim by IN STYLE TRANSFER E-SERVICES for the originally agreed ride may be made accordingly.

NO-SHOWS WITHOUT CANCELLATION, DELAY TO THE USER

In case of a no-show without cancellation, the User loses their entitlement to carriage over the IN STYLE TRANSFER E SERVICES, however this does not affect the compensation claim of IN STYLE TRANSFER E SERVICES towards the User.

A ride is considered a no-show if the User, or passenger, has not shown up without cancellation within 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time at the agreed pickup location. If a customer does not show up, the ride must be paid for in full, whereas possible surcharges for waiting time do not apply. Delays due to force majeure such as flight delay, ship delay etc. are excluded.

RIDE CHANGES

Even after the conclusion of the arrangement agreement and even after the start of the ride, provided it is possible for the STYLE TRANSFER, the User (and the passenger) can make changes to the Travel Arrangements. If a ride is spontaneously lengthened (distance or number of hours) according to the wish of the User, or passenger, the actual service (total distance or number of hours) will be newly calculated and priced according to the current price structure. In the case of hourly bookings, each additional 30-minute block is considered for invoicing. If the distance or number of hours are less than originally booked, the price remains unaffected.

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION FEES

The User can pay for their ride by credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, and using the Masterpass e-wallet. Any transaction fees when making payments via bank transfer (e.g. due to different currencies or different local accounts) are carried by the User.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

INSURANCE

ATTENTION : As we strongly believe in personal insurance and the fact that international treaties limit the liability of carriers, transport companies, hotels etc. to the extent that compensations provided are not adequate, we suggest that you purchase Personal Travel Accident Insurance for the security and peace of mind they provide and which will contribute to the enjoyment of your trip.

PERSONAL DATA

We, In Style Transfer E Services, take the protection of your private data seriously and protect your private sphere when such data is processed, in compliance with the applicable laws on data protection.

This data privacy statement applies in the same way to the services offered through the online platform, as to any functions in third party online platforms and applications for mobile end devices.

In Style Transfer E Services will always strive to process personal data taking all appropriate technical measures in order to ensure that they are secure and, in particular, that they are not accessible to unauthorized persons.

In Style Transfer E-Services collects your name, your surname, your e-mail address, your phone number, your home address and your passport No. (optional). This information is necessary for us to communicate with you, complete the booking and issue the appropriate receipt documents.

These data are stored in a database that is accessible only by authorized users (password protected section).

Access to this database is provided to the owner of the company and the drivers who will be at your service, as well as the tax inspector.

Your e-mail may be used by us, only if you give us your explicit consent to send newsletter (not annoying spam emails).

You may be deleted from the list at any time.

Your home address will be used for the issue of the receipt document as well as sending you greeting cards, if you wish.

You may ask us to delete your data at any time by sending us an email.

Payments are made directly through PayPal and we do not collect any information about your credit or debit card. In case you prefer to pay us after your arrival, using a credit or debit card, the payment takes place via Wireless POS Hellenic Bank, without us collecting any information regarding your card.

Our staff will never ask for your credit or debit card details.

Third party services that collect data from our site are Google ReCaptcha and Google Analytics.
